How to Grapple & Glide in Ghostwire Tokyo
Unfortunately, our hero Akito lacks the ability to just take off from the ground and soar into the air. However, he does possess some skills that can be used to navigate distances at a height. First of all, in order to get to higher places, you can either look for stairs or lifts, or you can see if a flying Tengu is nearby. These creatures make an audible flapping sound and can be heard quite clearly, they also appear on the mini-map as circular icons. Simply look up, and aim at them using L2/left trigger, followed by the cross/A button to grapple to their position. Once you are high up, you may spot other points of interest around you. Akito is able to glide for a short while if you hold the cross/A button while jumping and moving forward, which makes navigation that much easier. There are also skills that can be unlocked to increase the gliding time and an essential skill that can summon a Tengu whenever you need to go high up. That’s is everything you need to know about how to grapple and glide in Ghostwire Tokyo.
