Performing a Fake Shot in FIFA 23
The three different types of fake shot you can perform in FIFA 23 can be used in different scenarios to buy yourself a bit of time and space to whip in a cross or take a shot on goal. The normal version is great if you want to keep the ball under close control. The running version allows you to change direction quickly while sprinting, while the acceleration fake shot is a longer animation but can buy your player a ton of space and time to have a shot on goal or whip a cross into the box. The way you do a standard, running and speed boost fake shot is different though, requiring you to press different inputs.
