The Sandevistan Heatsink is a modification used in conjunction with the Sandevistan Operating Systems. The Heatsink essentially reduces the cooldown of your V’s Sandevistan. Depending on the rarity, you reduce the cooldown of your Sandevistan by 2.0/2.5/3.0/3.5/4.0 seconds, respectively. You can find an uncommon variant from the Ripperdoc in Kabuki slums for $225. To purchase this variant, your V will need 14 Street Cred. Alternatively, you can also purchase the crafting specs from a Ripperdoc in Arroyo for $1125
