Making Money Fast in GTA Online
Visit the Diamond & Casino Resort
The Diamond & Casino Resort should be visited by players of every income, at least once a day. You’re not there to spend all your money though; instead, you walk in and spin the Lucky Wheel. This can be done once a day and you can win prizes like clothing, vehicle discounts, GTA$, and chips. Equally important is the cashier at the Diamond & Casino Resort. Once a day you can speak with them and they’ll hand you 1,000 Chips for free; however, don’t spend them. Turn them in for GTA$.
Complete the GTA Online Weekly Playlist
The GTA Online weekly playlist is by far one of the easiest and quickest ways of making money fast for new players. Every week, Rockstar picks a handful of activities that net you extra GTA$ for participating. One week it could be air races, the next week it’s deathmatches. You can check out which modes are available for bonuses using your in-game smartphone.
Capture Bounty Targets
Yes, you read that right—not assassinate, but capture. GTA Online features bounties, which give you several targets to subdue or kill. Maude will help you out, the same Maude from GTA V. She’ll send you a picture of the target and their general location. All you have to do is bring a melee weapon, like a nightstick, and beat them with it until they’ve surrendered. Take the target back to Maude’s caravan and you’ll earn yourself GTA$10,000. If you had chosen to kill the target instead, you’d only earn half as much.
Prepare for a Heist
Heists are one of the most lucrative ways to make money fast in GTA Online. Unfortunately, it takes a lot of preparation before heists become an efficient way of earning GTA$. We’re specifically targeting high-end heists, which means you’ll need yourself a high-end apartment. The goal here is to get you into a high-end apartment as quickly and cheaply as possible. Don’t bother with looks—just go for the lowest price and ignore renovations. Once you’re staying in a high-end apartment, you can start hosting your own heists in GTA Online. We recommend spamming “The Fleeca Job” heist. It only has an upfront cast of GTA$11,500 to get started, but completing the heist on hard difficulty will net you as much as GTA$143,750 (it does vary based on performance and allies that attend). Once you’re rolling in the dough, maybe now is the time to pay the mechanic; you’ll need one later when you scratch your brand new Ubermacht Cypher. With that, you’ve got a great start on how to make money fast in GTA Online.
